Perfect Anniversary Getaway!

Celebrated my birthday and anniversary here and it was awesome! Omar at the concierge was super helpful, giving us great tips on things to do. Loved the in-room breakfast and the awesome view of the practice field. The room was beautiful, but the parking was kinda tight. Can't wait to spread the word!

During my stay, I loved how I was just a short stroll from Frisco Central Park, where I spent a relaxing afternoon, and it was such a delightful surprise to find myself minutes away from the lively atmosphere at The Ford Center for a game that weekend, making my exploration truly memorable. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the welcoming vibe of nearby dining spots like City Works Eatery, which was only a few steps away, perfect for a casual meal after a day out.

The location is convenient, just steps away from Cowboys events and the practice facility. I loved the panoramic views from our room and the inviting pool area offered a great spot to relax after a busy day.

However, the noise levels at times from nearby activities were a bit distracting.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay in the Deluxe King Room, where the neighborhood services food truly impressed us. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially during dining hours. Make sure to try their lunch menu! A minor room concern was addressed promptly, enhancing our overall experience.

Highly recommend for family with kids

Upon check in we were greeted with cookies and milk for the kids which was a great touch and during our stay, we even got a surprise birthday cake for my son's 13th birthday delivered to our room within minutes of arrival which made the trip lovely

My recent stay was incredible! I loved the beautiful view of the plaza, the delicious turkey club from the pool bar, and the surprise dessert delivered for our anniversary! Can't wait to go back!

The Omni Frisco Hotel exceeded expectations with its elegant design, fantastic staff, and top-notch amenities. However, there was an unfortunate experience with a staff member who seemed inattentive during coffee service. Overall, a lovely hotel that's perfect for any visit to the area!

Wow, my stay was good! The Executive King Room was luxurious, with fine views of the Cowboys practice field right from my window. The attentive concierge service made sure every detail was perfect for my getaway, including sweet surprise touches like chocolates and a bottle of champagne!

my stay at omni was incredible! the concierge service, especially from stacia, was top-notch. we got upgraded to a suite on the 16th floor with amazing views of the cowboys practice field. the champagne and personalized touches, like chocolates and romantic bed decor, were perfect for our anniversary. plus, the edge pool on the fourth floor was a fantastic bonus!
